Delivery Policy

Your order will be processed within 2 working days, usually within 24 hours of receipt. We will dispatch your order by post or courier. Within the UK, you can expect delivery within 7 working days. International orders may take a little longer. Please contact us for information on overseas charges and deliveries if not made clear in any item details

Delivery charges are displayed with item, during the 'checkout' process or are available on request prior to ordering or at any other time.

 

Returns Policy

Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described, may be returned for a full refund. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 7 days of receipt. It may be possible to exchange an item on our website but please contact us first

Cancellation Policy

Goods are usually despatched quickly to the buyer so cancellation should be within 12 hours of placing the order where possible. Simply contact us with any relevant reference information and we will endeavour to cancel your order swiftly and without question.
